  Listing was inaccurate and incomplete, and when I confronted the seller they first said I was mistaken, then tried to convince me to withdraw the return by promising compensation via a different platform. The seller then would not provide a return label until I escalated the case through eBay support. Finally, on the last possible day before the case was decided the seller issued a return label. Very frustrating experience, especially when they tried to go off-platform to resolve. AVOID!
