This is a hard to use product with no way to get help.
I may be at fault for trouble I have had with this product. Instruction for use (both paper and online are very poor. The battery has to be charged after each round.

great bag
After much research, I got this bag at a nice price. I no longer carry and had trouble finding clubs in that type of bag. This bag has many, almost too many pockets. It is sturdy, easy to load and unload in cart and car. I need an insulated pocket for beverages (cheap senior). Keep looking, I only paid $130
