Not up to par.
Do not waste your time. This thing keeps powering off by itself, and needing to be reset. I worked with Comcast several times, and the intermittent connection issues continue.

It froze and now it's hard to move. Have to replace already. 2nd ball head from Manfroto that I'm dissatisfied with.

Not at all satisfied with the product.
Mine broke after less than 6 months.
The coffee is alright, but certainly not worth the price of the machine, which with it's metallic finish hints it is reliable which it is not.
