WORST PRODUCT EVER!!!!!!

It is NOT POWDERCOATED! Holes do NOT line up and are the wrong size. I have 40 years mechanical, welding and custom pipe bending experience. Hole for mounting in hitch receiver drilled too low in pipe had to be hogged out with carbide burr tool in a die grinder to fit a hitch pin. Pivot pin hole too large for bolt causing difficulty in locking from lowered to raised position and vice versa, CANNOT tighten enough to hold optimal position and tube too thin to tighten bolt and starts to collapse. Had to buy 7/16 steel tube and cut to fit inside tubing to get proper positioning. Had to drill holes out for clevis pins that fit in pivot area and hold ramp in either position. Ramp not mounted square to deck hit side rail of deck. Wire mesh not fully welded to deck framing. PAINT PEELING IN AT LEAST A DOZEN PLACES. DID I MENTION NOT POWDER COATED. Companies that produce this poor quality of product for handicapped individuals and threatening expensive equipment that they depend on should be out of business!!!!
