Collector's item - YES; Satisfying story - meh.
(May be some spoilers here...)
Well if you are a Firefly fan then who doesn't want to know Who The Heck Was Shepard Book???
This is supposedly the story to explain everything. OK, so I read it and I get that it was approved by Joss himself, but honestly my own imagination before reading this was MUCH better. The story they present is plausible and fits logically with the show, but with all the parallels between Book and the assassin from the Serenity movie, doesn't it seem near-obvious that Book should have been the same guy when he was younger but got sick and tired of all the killing? Lethal and repentant? THAT would have been a MUCH more satisfying story. But its not the story you will read in this book. Is it worth the high price? As a hardcore Firefly fan or collector - definite YES. But if you are looking to satiate your imagination you may be somewhat disappointed with the logical-yet-underwhelming story that they chose to explain all the mysteries of Shepard Book.

RELIABLE
A Solid, Reliable OLD-SCHOOL PDA.
This is an INFORMATION ORGANIZER, not a damn toy for teenagers.
Get this phone if you want your DATA stored and Organized in a Super Clean, Efficient, easy to access manner. Palm was doing the PDA 15 years before anyone else, and this phone shows it.
Keyboard is good and LARGE.

As described, works well, would shop here again
The item was as described and works properly. We upgraded an old iMac with this chip (from an i3) for video editing purposes. Made a huge difference. Yes I would buy from these people / this shop again. Did not answer the "was it easy to install" because we had a local professional install it for us.
