This stuff really works!
This product was recommended to me by my brother in law who also suffers from severe leg cramps after exercising. I was skeptical at best, but thought I'd give it a try. I can't explain how it works but it does get rid of severe leg cramps like no other product or medication I have tried. Just followed the dosage instructions, a cap full with 2 oz. of water. You will have to get by the taste, not good but toleable, but once consumed it really does get rid of instense leg cramps within 2-3 minutes. I am a believer and will buy more when needed.
