  The dresses was used, pictures implied the costume was complete, description said no crown. I contacted seller since the total cost was $25. I was not rude at all, but her responses were down right nasty and rude. Very unprofessional. I have copies of verbiage used. I wanted to inquire about the crown since she added the photo I made the mistake of assuming it was complete. The dress was “okay” dirty on the bottom as it was definitely used.

  Buyer waited a month to open package and was mad there wasn’t a crown. It was clearly stated in description that there was no crown. I was polite and apologized for the daughter being sad (Message sent to him: That is unfortunate and I do feel bad for your daughter. I hope she enjoyed the party). He continued to harass me over the costume not having a crown and I told him to take it up with eBay, it never included crown. Then he gave me a negative rating. Buyer has been reported and blocked.

  Packed poorly, speakers were broken. When mentioned seller became very aggressive with written threats blaming the buyer for the consequences to their actions. Definitely would not buy again.

  The piece that was broken off in the photos this buyer sent were items that were well packed and of absolutely to necessity whatsoever for product to look and work nicely. He already had talked me into giving him a discounted price and then snapped a little chunk of plastic off the back of one and rated me negatively wanting his money back. I had photos of how well packed and clean they were. Very unprofessional buyer.
