Damaged hair and tried for the first time.
Im not reviewer, but i figured id guve this a try for the first time. Some background, im mixed, so usually it takes my hair anywhere from 9 months to a year to reach my shoulders naturally with no vitamins. Except this time i really wanted to apeed that up, in january i had to cut my hair the shotest I've ever had to cut it. Which is below ear length, not so fun and i have flat back head which sucks for thw lack of volume. The reason was due to relaxing and dyeing to often.
Anywho now to continue, i just started these on 02-23-17, so Its not in long enough to review until it's been a month. Ive seen amazon reviews on these and just HAD TO TRY THEM. Im looking forward to results and will be updating this after a month on my results. Im taking 2 a day, although it says 1. So as you can tell i like to bend the rules a little.
Update: 8-22-17
OMG!!!!!!! I am in love with this stuff my hair was almost to me scalp literally after the chop I had to make and I was so depressed I can happily say that now its just about an inch or two away from shoulder length in only 6 months. I am beyond satisfied, o had bought my 2nd bottle awhile back and about to buy my third in hopes my hair will be back to an even better glory than it was before. I have to say my hair now is thick, healthy and vibrant. i highly recommend this. No bs, or fake account you can easily find me at Oreo_cookies_n_cream on instagram if you'd like for me validate. i promise you will not be unsatisfied, it does take at least a month to a month and half to see results but after that it is lime a train.

2 of 2 found this helpful Works very effectively,i can't use regular biotin any longer. I dont what it is, but this will have you hair at least to your shoulders if not longer within 5 months.
