  Packaging was good, shipping was fast. Product was not as described in the description. I attempted to work through the issue with the seller. Items we described as Norman Big N's, but when received the items were clearly Norman Little N's When I shared evidence of the mix up, the Seller refused to budge on his stance and mocked my knowledge of the items. I am sure this is an honest mistake on his part, but he is unwilling to work to a resolution. I cannot recommend this seller.

  Please be advised that I was working with this buyer to resolve the issue, and he assumed that I wasn't and posted this negative feedback. He never questioned me about the length of the lures prior to purchase. He only complained about them after receiving them. He stated I measured them wrong? Yet every eBay listing for Norman Big N Lures says they are 3" long, which are exactly the measurement of all the lures I listed and sold.
