Has helped my hair and nails

I suffer with a thyroid condition. As a result I seem to leach nutrients like a colander. As a result my hair and nails are often poor, my energy levels are on the floor and I sometimes don't sleep well. This trio of supplements seems to have made a significant difference to my hair and nails.

Works better on the dog

The animal version of this works great on my dog! And I have tried it before. I have been in some trouble with sore thumbs recently, as well as my usual weak and sore knees, so thought I would give it another shot. It does not have me skipping about the beach like it does my collie, sadly. But I do believe it may have soothed the, really quite jarring, pain in my thumbs.

A thyroid supplement

I hesitate to 'recommend' this. It may work for some and not for others. If you are already on prescription medication for thyroid problems you should be cautious with it or it is conceivable you could end up over-medicated. I am not a health professional, simply someone with a wonky thyroid. I am pleased with the product. Given that it purports to be actual porcine thyroid rather than simply a herbal supplement, it would be helpful if the glandular content was stated.
