I received the replacement unit in excellent condition by priority mail within three days along with some consolation items. Very pleased with the purchased item, price, and great service.

It was shipped in a very timely manner, packaged with extreme care, and received in exactly the manner described. I would even say it looked as though it had never been used prior to me. Except for the one or two minor little scratches on the top of the laptop, there is nothing else notably visible on this laptop. I would rate it a 5 out of 5 stars! I am very pleased!
