Value isn't there

Paid for two new lights One of the fixtures wasn't new. Looking at the hardware and wiring it was at the minimum wired up and slightly bent. Overall fixture quality is mid. Both units had glass that are a bit cloudy to me and the metal piece that screws to the top wasn't perfectly straight.
