Wok n Roll Heavy Duty Deal
After receiving , cleaning and cooking with the "Helen's Kitchen excaliber wok I am pleased to write a very positive to the point review. This wok is heavy duty, yet well balanced and not too heavy to allow cooking with a heavier dish that wouldn't impact being able to deftly wield it. The extra heat protective handle on the opposite side of the pan is far enough away to allow an unprotected hand access while the pan is smoking hot. The design and flat bottom allow even cooking, the non stick surface performed perfectly, and the pan was wipe-able to be cleaned, it did not need cleansers or scrubbing pads. Lastly the forward thinking design allows it to be hung, saving valuable cupboard space for other items. All reasons I rate my Helen's Wok with both thumbs up. Thank you Ebay for the great deal, I hope you enjoyed my first review and I enjoyed my stir fried meal.
