Fantasic 1st Quad
I got this after I lost my WL Toys beetle and the syma X5c-1 was way easier to handle and durable. You will be flying without prop guards and landing gear/camera in no time so it will move better and fly longer. The syma is quite nice except after I lost mine "by going out too far in a wind", I discovered that there are superior "and cheaper" clones for this namely the bayangtoys x5c and fpvrc k5c "which both have inferior cameras so get non- camera versions the symas bettter camera will work if you get a genuine one as there are lots of cheap imitations". But what they do have that the syma does'nt is headless mode, better range and most importantly a higher control rate in high mode which gives you tighter yaw and pitch allowing you to battle wind and do better tricks like funnels. You might save some time and money by going directly to the clones as you can start in low rates control and then soon graduate to high which is still pretty easy. Make sure you look up how to domulti-flips as these are great for that!
