  Poor communication. The keymod QR picatinny rail I received was not the one pictured and it has an issue with tightening down the adjustment screw. I contacted the seller and received zero reply even after waiting a couple weeks. No reply. I have several of these and this was the only defective one I have received but I was not a all pleased with their lack of customer service. Order fulfillment times are also very slow.
