  I was so excited to find this wonderful smelling body wash, as it's usually found only in England. After some time spent searching, I found it on this website. It was pretty price, as was the shipping, but I loved it so much, I decided to splurge. After the "deliver by" date had passed, I sent a polite email asking when it would ship. No response. Then I complained to the website and requested a refund and the seller refused! I eventually received my refund. Stay away from this seller!

  I ordered this o 1/4/25. I never received a tracking number. Contacted the seller on 1/14/25. No response. I put in to cancel my order. A week later, 1/22/25, I received a "cancelation not accepted!" What is this? Why? I want my money refunded to my account! This is why I'm very skeptical of certain sellers on ebay. They love playing with your money and time!

  I ordered the ecobrow in the Sharon shade but was sent a different shade by mistake. Initially I was upset. But the seller immediately accepted the refund, and not only paid me back but sent me the ecobrow in the shade I wanted. I just received it. Mistakes happen but this lady handled things with such grace and generosity, that I would recommend her to everyone.
