  Received a refund from eBay for item not as described. It was a fake labubu advertised as authentic. Seller took over a week to ship. It shipped from overseas while the listing said California. Seller took a long time to respond to messages probably due to time zones and not being US based contrary to listing location. App isn’t allowing me to upload pictures but pictures were sent to the seller.

  WORST BUYER EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered SPECIFICALLY sesame bean. I received a green grape. As a small business owner myself , customer service is key. Seller lied about shipment and waited two weeks to ship item. Once received, item was WRONG! Contacted the seller and received absolutely NO help! Item is not only lacking in quality, but seller sent the WRONG ITEM!! I will be telling other buyers about this. BAD LABUBU. Maybe even a lafufu..
