Not a magic bullet, but does work very well

2 of 2 found this helpful This Dermapen is serving me well, and I like that it allows you to easily switch needle lengths. Microneedling can hurt at some needle lengths though, so I recommend buying numbing cream. Also, the first time I tried to turn on this product, I thought I had been sold a dud because it wouldn't work. I finally figured out that you have to hold down the on button for a few seconds to make it come on.
