Worth the money
This knife has a fine steel core. At the same time, stainless steel covers allow you to handle it freely and not be afraid of moisture.
It's relatively cheap. Therefore, its processing and sharpening are far from perfect.
But if your arms are growing out of the right place, then it will not be difficult to bring it to the right condition.
My knife had a small step closer to the tip.
Ten minutes of work on good stones fixed everything.
I will also grind the handle and get a great tool for the kitchen that shaves hair easily and holds sharpened perfectly. And yes, it doesn't rust. I can trust his wife with a light heart, who is afraid to touch my big and dear nakiri artisan.
This one is very lightweight. Not the best balance, but quite working. In general, it is definitely worth the money. Especially if you are friends with the sharpening process.
