All around great product
7 of 7 found this helpful This is the third duromax generator I have gotten. the first two have been great quality, nice looking and easy starting. However the third I can not say much about because I am a 1st class procrastinator, so it is still in the box.
but on the bright side, it took less than an hour to put the other two together and fill with oil. so if I need it right away, it wont take long to have it up and running. I haven't been unhappy with anything about any of them. I am sure when I find a great deal on a bigger one, (whole house) I'll probably not be able to resist hitting the buy button.
In this day and age when most manufacturers start cutting on quality to make an extra buck, it looks to me like Duromax intends to keep making a quality product at an affordable price. I bought my Duromax 4000 6 years ago, and it still starts on the first pull. Same for the Duromax 4400 that I have had just under 2 years. looking forward to the same quality with this hybrid.

Nice looking solid generator
Bought for our race team. great generator, excellent packaging, started on second pull, right out of the box.
Only complaint is the REEEEALY cheap tools, better not to send any at all.
Would recommend wheel kit if you're going to move it at all. Heavy unit, especially after you add 30 pounds of gas,
