Feature rich product
I've tried a half dozen different media players. Google TV, Roku, BoxyBox, and the ones built into my Sony BluRay and Wii players. I now own 4 WD Live Streaming Players and greatly prefer them because they have no noisy internal fan and can play virtually any video format from the internet and from our home network accessible server. The internal WiFi receiver is more powerful and works more reliably than any of the other streamers that I've used. The only complaints I have are that the WD Live Media Player ocassionally locks up requiring a reboot and that there is no quick way to get to a favorite application. You must navigate through about 4-6 levels of menu each time you want to use NetFlix or play a video saved on a network server. All the other brands I've tried also require navigating the multiple menu levels too. All in all, it's a great little device that doesn't cost much and uses very little power.
