No plans are inside, must purchase separately.

The cover says there are over 175 plans inside, but you don't get the plans. There are over 175 pictures of finished product inside, but to build it, you have to enter the numbers on the picture, and buy the plans from their site, around 400 dollars or more each. Nice beginners info on cement and building the first few pages, but the title is misleading. You cannot just buy that book and build your own garage. A big step is missing.
