Excellent boots!
Absolutely perfect boots! Exactly what I wanted and expected. They fit very well! Excellently made. Even came with the typical yellow and brown laces, and black laces. So glad I got these boots!

Too many headaches
1 of 1 found this helpful When they're working, they're great. Initially they worked perfectly, although set up was a bit difficult. But now, they go offline so frequently, they've become totally unreliable. The greatest feature in having these is being able to view them from wherever you are, so when they go offline, everything stops working. Having to constantly reboot them is becoming a hassle. The "tech support" (there's no real tech support, just a company phone number) never calls back...never...and they don't go very far with email either. Try their website ismartzon. You'll see the "contact us" link doesn't even work. Even as you navigate around, you'll discover certain links don't work. I'm ready to return these cameras for something more dependable with an actual tech support line that's reliable and professional.
