Very nice once I figured out the washers.
It's very nice. It would have been nice if there were instructions. It comes with 2 'extra' washers. I figured they were for the outside of the race. But actually not. The two bearings are a bit too narrow for the wheels and so you have to insert the washers on the inside, between the two bearings or the wheels can rub on flush surfaces. This isn't obvious until I tightened up the shaft and couldn't spin the wheels. Of course, by then it was too late as the bearings were already pressed together, minus the washers. Getting them apart now would destroy them. But once I figured that out, they work great. So please consider the reason they provide two washers. They aren't for the outside, but spacers to separate the bearings. So I lost 4 bearing/wheelsets out of 13 because of no documentation.

Works great
While it can't compete with a multiple thousand dollar hearing devices. It works well and good as a backup. For the money, I have a few so I don't have to worry about destroying it while working out or using it in the rain.
