1 of 1 found this helpful I bought one of these a while ago and it was excellent. Rechargeable and solidly built.
And it made short work of my hairy back making me no longer looking like I had escaped from the zoo.
Alas it got blunt over the years and on seeing the price of the replacement blades it made good sense to order a brand new replacement.
I thought I was buying the same again but this new Mangroomer is a pale imitation.
Made by the same company and costing the same it's a far inferior product.
It's much lighter and has no real weight to it making it harder to use. The weaker joints mean that it won't stay in position plus it is now battery operated not rechargeable.
Luckily I used the cutting blade of the new one to revamp my old one so I'm still not being hassled by zoo keepers.

Does a perfect job
