  The product was as described, arrived promptly and was a good price. While the cable ties were in a small packet in the Royal Mail delivery envelope, the tie bases (I assume there were 100, though I didn't count) were just loose in the bottom of the plastic envelope - not very useful for storing them as you need to tear it to open it. However, I guess it saves including yet more plastic so this is more of an observation than a criticism - it wouldn't put me off buying again.
