Sleek and beautiful Samsung
For the price you can't beat the processing power, sleek design, beautiful screen and extra juice battery.

Still one of the best desktops built by Apple
25 of 25 found this helpful I bought this unit to replace an older Mac Mini whose SSD fried. I had six happy years with the previous Mac Mini, that I just had to get this slightly updated unit from 2012, the last model where you could upgrade the RAM memory yourself and quite easily too. For what I do on a daily basis, this model still rocks. I tossed the 4 GB that came with the unit and installed a new 16 GB pair and then updated the OS X to the latest High Sierra, and this hot rod runs smooth as butter. I connected it to a Samsung 4K monitor, and even though the Intel graphics card is not 4K-compatible and certainly slower than any graphics card sold this year, it still does a great job with the basics and colors.

Great replacement camera
I purchased this camera in order to replace an eleven year-old camera which had failed. As is often the case with these types of imported electronics, the instructions enclosed were mostly useless. Luckily, there is not much to understand about how to install this camera. I would suggest opening it up at first and understanding how the parts open and close together. You will need to isolate the round base plate in order to screw it into the wall or ceiling. Once you've done that, all you have left is to connect the two wires included to the wires in the wall/ceiling and push the rest of the camera body onto the base plate and you're almost done. The angle of the camera can be adjusted with a gentle nudge of the finger up or down. The clear plastic dome part is removable in order to make last minute adjustments. Please note this works on a 12 VDC system. The picture is great.
