Better sizing might be better
This was a gift. It is a little big in the foot but too tight around my ankle, way to tight.
Wearing them gives my feet a lot of comfort. They really relieve my foot pain from neuropathy.

Big help in a little jar
It actually relieves the inflammation, the burning feeling my feet get. I use it about twice a day . It is a small jar. I wish there was twice as much.
