The shipping process went smoothly; for others considering such a purchase, I emphasize this is NOT a "standard" transaction. Freight cost $400 and your item is delivered to the logistics facility closest to you. If delivering to your home, you REQUIRE liftgate service unless you have your own forklift. Hiring local movers to fetch your item from the facility might be cheaper than liftgate. Well worth it!
