Perfect machine...
0 of 1 found this helpful This is a well built machine. I like the design; it allows for a lot of control in pulling shots. More labor intensive, it's a tradeoff.
I worked as a barista for 4+ years. I can get excellent shots and micro foam. I did update the steam want nozzle to a single hole and added a pressure gauge. Both were very easy to do.

Works great for me!
I wanted to find something plastic free and baking soda free. Plasic free because of the environment. Baking soda free because I read about how baking soda messes with your pH and will stop working evenutally. I have been using this for 2 months and it works great! I still sweat but it doesn't stink. after 40 hrs it stops working. But that's fine for me. I shower every day. But I did skip a shower to test the product.
