Its Helpful But Not A Cure
3 of 4 found this helpful I find this to work better then anything else I've tried. That said, it DID NOT make my ringing go away. IT WAS an improvement from not taking it at all. The ringing was reduced to the point that I could reasonably hear what was going on around me. Tinnitus has many causes, some of them multiple. There is no 'One Size Fits All'. You just have to try it to see if it works for you. If this doesn't, then keep looking.
The recommended dosage is six per day. For me its two in the morning, noon and night with an extra dose at bed time. They taste like cardboard so I just swallow them like any other pill. This isn't the recommended method. You will just need to check it out for yourself.

Although the picture doesn't show it, it will fit in the palm of your hand. Exilent product!
