damaged in shipping or quality control issue

had one of these previously. the material on this seems to be of cheaper quality. the thing is wobbly where my other one wasn't. either it was damaged bc of poor packaging in shipping or also a quality control issue. sorry to report the truth here. get one in person if possible. the rattling noise isnt really ideal when the pump is loose basically and feels like its going to fall apart in your hands during use. definitely cheaper feeling than the same one i had before but misplaced otherwise was no need to replace. too bad so sad. oh well.
