Hard to use.
Difficult to use. They head doesn't swivel as previous model and you can't make turns or maneuver easily or at all with this stationary head. It is also heavy and difficult to use. It also has a convenient level height adjustment that you step on but you can't see. Good design but very poor execution.

Product fits well and easy to install. No problems.

Good design but disappointing
This set is nicely designed the weight 18/8 is fine but the size of the spoons especially, is unusually small. The soup spoon is short and quantity held by the spoon is smaller than usual. If I had seen it in person I would have not made the purchase.
