Excellent purchase
This machine is very versatile and is convenient to use. It arrived soon after ordering and was clearly in new and unused condition which was even better than promised. Having other cleaners including a very old Dyson, I spent time considering which to get and what make to buy. When It arrived and was tried out, I was very pleased with the choice made. It is well boxed and handling of the contents give the feel of a much improved quality since the much earlier machines. The plastic feels strong and is beautifully finished off. I love those powered roller heads, especially the mini. I ran it over three or four carpeted stairs on standard power by which time the chamber was about one quarter full. Running over one single setter cushion which was clean in the first case.. there was still a very visible amount of dust collected, much more than you would imagine. Overall, I am very pleased with it and am delighted to see a British company committed to producing such outstanding quality.

Excellent price
Not intended to put anyone off this, but I have not as yet got them to work. I really need longer to assess them properly. They are well made and provided at a very good price. Naturally, i have checked the new bulbs individually and they all work fine. They are clearly the right replacement and as a rule are a snug fit, but I have not yet solved the problem. Have checked the fuse in the plug. If the original set of lights were not so obviously very well made, they would have been discarded. I think it has been important to truthfully share my experience as this might be similar to other cases. I would like the opportunity to update this review with the solution when I have it sorted.
