Enjoyable, Not too strenuos
I bought this tape because I really enjoyed her other tape (circuit). This is the first time I did this tape so I was not familiar with the moves and was thrown off for the first rep or two. I was also in a lazy mood. I think it was a good tape for the days I feel lazy and not in the mood to excersize but want to do something.

tough workout!
I enjoy the workout alot but again don't like her cueing. This is the second tape of hers that I bought and she doesn't really prepare for you for the next excersize. She tells you what you'll be doing but not what equiptment you will be using and how to set up for it. By the time I get myself ready with the weights and the step I have to rewind the tape or push pause. But the Jari Love gives a good, intense workout!!

My body is aching but a good ache!!
The only thing I don't like is her cueing. She tells you which excersize is next but doesn't specify equipment needed. Otherwise a good, strenuous workout. Abs not included.
