Alpine IVA-W505 6.5 inch Car DVD Player

Was sold as New but received without mounting sleeve. Called seller he claimed it was an option. Called Alpine and they said it is supplied with a new unit contradicting what seller claims. Had to order part from PACPARTS for additional $44. Only reason it was not a good value was my over all cost was increased, everything else was great.
