Muscletech phase 8 protien
Protein powder was recommended to me by a trainer and another person .. bc I hurt my calf walking and I was getting alot of cramps in my legs and they seemed weak they said this protein might help so I mix it in my low carb slim fast shake every morning and it has helped .... I have just ordered 2 more containers of it ... I think I will b using this for a long time... great taste also ...
