  Extremely poor packaging for ceramic. 2 of 4 bowls came broken. Had to pay for return shipment. Out of return shipment money over $28. Felt since seller packaged poorly, I should not have to pay for any return shipping. And seller wanted unbroken items as well. Wouldn't allow 1/2 off total purchase. Would not buy from this seller again. :(

  This buyer informed me some of the items were broken and requested a full refund. We provided a return shipping label through EBay and requested all items be returned. He returned the items and received a full 100% refund. I have no idea what he is talking about. Because of his bizarre behavior, we have blocked him from any future purchases.
