CPU arrived quickly. The packaging was safe and secure. The CPU appeared to be in great shape and fired right up on the first boot. It has now been running problem free for a couple of weeks. Temps are running as expected. This was an affordable upgrade for an older PC. I would not hesitate to do it again.
