Poorly packaged; made it unable to lay flat
The mat came folded, so when I went to lay it out it wouldn't lay flat. I've rolled it up and hoping that in time it will get rid of the creases and lay flat so that it's useful for puzzles.

Good quality, durable, well-made.
I gave it as a gift. She was thrilled with it. Really excited about it. Her comments were about how well lubricated it was, and not difficult to turn the sections at all.
