Faulty head unit no sound comes out alth...

Faulty head unit no sound comes out although it was professionally installed. Plus you need an app on your phone to make the Bluetooth work. Can't adjust brightness on screen which is annoying either. Over all it feels cheap but, most importantly mine didn't work.
