Truly Calming

I use this to help with my daughter's symptoms of ADHD, she is 12 and this really helps, she takes 2 in the morning and sometimes a third during the day if she is particularly agitated - we have consulted a kinesiologist and I would recommend any supplements given to children to be given with advise from a professional. I also take this supplement and feel generally much calmer and clearer in thought, compared to the days I don't take it. I highly recommend this product. We have been using it now for about 2-3 years, excellent value for the results you feel immediately.
