  Amazed that the fragile set of shakers arrived intact. You may want to rethink your packaging of fragile items and start using a box to protect the items, instead of shipping in a plastic bag and some partial foam sheets. Shipped items need to be able to withstand a fall from the automated conveyor belts in the postal handling that can be at least 6 feet tall, and have a heavier boxes fall on it
