Front Panel Audio Adapter Cable For Creative Sound Card
This cable arrived suprisingly quickly from China, to US-Washington State. I am using it with
a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE. It does exactly what I was hoping for. It allows me to connect
the front panel audio cable of my PC case, to the SB Audigy.
The build quality is very good, the functionality is excellent.
There is one minor issue, but not a deal breaker for me. This cable does not cause the muting
of the speaker output of the sound card when headphones are plugged into the front of my PC.
It seems to lack the wiring to trigger headphone detect feature of the sound card. I have to manually turn off speskers, or turn down the volume. Not a big problem for me.
I like this product.
