Sorry but I can’t recommend a Battery that won’t charge.

Hello, sorry to say that this battery displays “battery not charging” even though I followed the instructions and have checked the connection several times. Please advise how I might proceed, or perhaps replace it with a new one. I’m happy to write a better review if I can get this resolved. Thank you.
