Great, affordable alternative to high priced shop services.
This product was a big help in reviving mowing life in my John Deere L110. The swap out was pretty straightforward. However, mounting required cutting/clearing threads with the self-tapping bolts which I found easier to do by starting them off the mower deck, removing them and then re-threading them on the mower deck. If you have any skill with a socket wrench, you should have no difficulty. An open-ended or box wrench would not be effective in trying to start the bolt threads into the spindle housing.

Effective trap but tricky to set
An effective mole trap but not easy to set. Setting the trap requires a one-footed stance and it is easy to lose your balance when applying downward pressure with one foot. You also have to watch where to place your foot on the top because you can easily depress the trap release clip at the same time you try to set it. Study to see where the release is and don't place your foot on the release when you set the trap otherwise it won't catch after you depress it and will pop back up. On the positive side, you don't have to dig to set this trap and it certainly catches/kills moles.
