Great modem
9 of 9 found this helpful I did research and chose this modem because it is the best value in terms of style, technology and speed out of my options. Also, this modem does NOT have Wi-Fi (Wireless) capabilities so you must have a Wi-Fi enabled router for wireless and Ethernet connections which I do/did as well. For me, it was very easy to set up. Only thing that slowed me down was that I had to call my ISP to have them sync the modem and router once I connected them together via Ethernet cable. After having the modem for a few weeks I don't regret purchasing it. I do recommend purchasing a NEW not used modem. You will control all of your Wi-Fi security and settings through your router not through the modem. Does not make noise or get hot.
