These feel amazing. I developed tendino...
These feel amazing. I developed tendinosis in my quad, hamstring and glute in my last marathon training cycle. The dream is that these might prevent issues as I ramp up training again. I’ve only had them a few days so it’s a little early to say definitively, but it seems they are helping. (Did an 18mi run and didn’t have any issues running 2 days later when I sometimes would before). Even if they don’t actually speed healing…if your legs are wrecked from running they feel absolutely amazing.
