Hard to start

Its been a real pain in the ass trying to tune the jetting on this thing. I live at 3500 ft, not super high elevation. I have good fuel and good glow plugs. But this thing doesn't want to stay running and is a bitch to start every time. Ive run through every possible setting for high speed, low speed and idle. Maybe this motor or carb needs updating.
