this item shipped fast. communication was OK average I would say. item for me is a little hard to use I'm disabled keep having issue with the head rot
this item shipped fast. communication was OK average I would say. item for me is a little hard to use I'm disabled keep having issue with the head rotating by itself. maybe it's me not sure. item not very powerful but maybe cause it's a battery operated item seem to take awhile to cut the weeds. I bought this used had to buy some string as item came empty thus used so that's OK. it's not very heavy has 2 speeds high speed is best. item can come apart for storage. was able to download a user man
